The 7 Step Selling Process

1. Listing Consultation

  • You, The Seller receives a market analysis and a seller’s guide to prepare for your listing.

  • Your goals: Price and Timeline are discussed in this step.

2. Documents and Disclosures

  • Collecting important information that will be useful for the sale of the property.

  • HOA docs., services, and disclosures are gathered to provide to potential buyers.


3. Photography

  • Professional photography is the 1st step of Marketing your listing.

  • Curb appeal, Home-Staging, and aerial footage may be part of this package. 


4. Title, and Escrow

  • Title is opened for the sale of the property. You, The Seller pays for title insurance.  

  • This step will keep the documents and funds through the process.


5. Accepted Offer 

  • The buyer requests an inspection and possible repairs. 

  • I negotiate any inspections requests and repairs on your behalf. 


6. Appraisal

  • The home needs to be appraised for the bank to execute the buyer’s loan.

  • If the home does not appraise at its value, I will negotiate the price on your behalf.


7. Close on Home! 

  • From the time the offer is accepted and Closing on your home; it takes about 30-35 days.

  • Proceeds from the sale are disbursed by Escrow!
